PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
 Improving shooting skills of reserve soldiers.
 Integration and training of NATO Reserve Forces, exchanging opinions and
experiences on current military issues.
 Competing in shooting trials with sports and combat weapons.
 Competing for AK-47 badge and certificate.
 Developing the cooperation between European Reserve Associations.

13 September 2013 (Friday)
 by 16:30 - arrival of the participants at Centrun Usług Logistycznych MSW, 60-
        480 Kiekrz k/Poznania ul. Chojnicka 35
  18.00 -18.40 - opening ceremony - hotel area, Kiekrz
  19:00 - 21:00 - gala dinner
  21:00 - 21:30 - briefing for team leaders in Polish and English
  21:00 - 22:00 - social evening 

14 September 2013 (Saturday)

 6:00 - 6:45 - breakfast (hotel)
 6:45 - 7:15 - transport to the competition site
 7:15 - 7:45 - briefing: organization, safety, trials
 8:00 - 15:00 - shooting trials
 12:00 - 14:00 - lunch – (no breaks during the trials) 
 15:00 - 16:30 - transport to the hotel
 16:30 - 19:00 - free time
 19:00 - 20:30 - dinner (hotel in Kiekrz)
 20:30 - 22:00 - prize-giving ceremony
 22:00 - 00:00 - social evening

8. Air Rifle - additional trial
   

Time: from 60 to 120 seconds depending on a trial

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

1. Competition is run by Col. Res. Leszek Kędra tel: +48 601 580 320;
2. The arrival at the hotel MUST be NO later than 16:30 on 13 September
2013;
3. The organizer provides food, accommodation, weapons, ammunition, local
transport and wonderful atmosphere (all included in the price).
4. The fee is PLN 370 (or equivalent in EURO at the exchange rate from 13 September 2013) per participant, paid on arrival at the registration office or
to the following account (Note! New account number);
5. The registration office is open at the hotel between 12:00 – 20:00 and 21:00 –
22:00 (after dinner) on 13 September 2013; Bank Account No:

6. 4-people teams are allowed at the competition;
7. Each participant should have their own binoculars for checking trial rounds; 8. Invitations are sent to NATO Reserve Forces, Russia, Polish Reserve Forces
Associations, Police Associations, shooting sections and shooting
associations.
9. During the competition on 14 September 2013, field uniforms of your
countries or sportswear are preferred. During official ceremonies and social
evenings, mess uniforms or suits are preferred.
10. The date of your arrival or departure can be individually agreed upon prior
notification
11. The organizers reserve the right to change the program and the trials.
12. Enrollment forms MUST be sent no later than 23 AUGUST 2013 to the email address: snajper.poznan@wp.pl; enrollment forms received after this date WILL NOT be accepted.
13. Number of teams limited to 40 due to technical conditions. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of teams from one organization.
14. Please send the attached enrollment form to the postal or email address below;
15. Teams will be registered on first-come-first-served basis.
16. At the ranges, participants are required to have photo IDs and present
them at the request of the organizers.
