19th International shooting competition in honor of colonel O.Kalpaks (1-3 MAR 2012) - Riga - Latvia

Invitation to the 19th International shooting competition in honor of colonel O.Kalpaks (1-3 MAR 2012)

Aim of the competition.

1. To ascertain the best shooters in the Zemessardze (National Guard) of the Republic of Latvia.

2. To continue the corporation between the Zemessardze of the Republic of Latvia and armed forces from other countries.

Place and time.

The competition will take place in Riga, Cieceres street 9 and will be held from 1th to 3th of March, 2012.

Organisers.

The competition will be organised by the National Guard and Latvian Shooting Federation. Participation fee is 60 euro (per team). Please transfer this amount to Latvian Shooting federation. Registration number: 40008024596.

Participants.

1. Teams and individual participants from Latvian National Guard battalions.

2. Teams from foreign countries.

Disciplines.

1. Shooting with cal.22 LR pistols Margolin (Russia), MC, MCM, MC Margo in 25m distances. International sport pistol shooting target. Preliminary shot and 3 competition series with 5 shots: Preliminary shot 1 sighting series – 5 shots in 150 seconds;

1st competition series – 5 shots in 12 seconds;

2nd competition series – 5 shots in 10 seconds;

3rd competition series – 5 shots in 8 seconds.

2. Shooting with duty (service) pistols. Calibre 7,62mm – 11,43mm. Length of barrel – not longer than 135 mm. Distance – 15 metres. International sport pistol shooting target (diameter 50cm). Preliminary shot 1 sighting series – 5 shots in 5 minutes. Competition series hooting from standing position and from the knee 8+8 shots with magazine change. Time – 5 minutes. Starting position – one or both hands in 450.

3. Shooting with submachine guns MP – Carl Gustaf M45. Calibre – 9x19 mm. Distance – 50 metres. Shooting from prone position:

Preliminary shot 1 sighting series – 5 shots in 5 minutes;

1 competition series – 30 shots in 5 minutes.

Both days competition will be held in all 3 disciplines. Team consists from 3 shooters, which are appointed before the competition.

The competition will be held according the shooting rules certified by the Latvian Shooting Federation.

1. Military rapid fire - special competition between countries champion teams. Shooting with cal.22 LR pistols Margolin (Russia), MC, MCM, MC Margo in the international rapid-fire targets. Team consists of 3 shooters. Distance – 25 metres. Competition consists of:

Preliminary shot 1 sighting series – 5 shots in 10 seconds;

1st competition series – 5 shots in 10 seconds;

2nd competition series – 5 shots in 10 seconds;

3rd competition series – 5 shots in 8 seconds;

4th competition series – 5 shots in 8 seconds;

5th competition series – 5 shots in 6 seconds;

6th competition series – 5 shots in 6 seconds.

Weapons.

Organisers will provide competition teams with weapons and ammunition.

02.03.2012.

08:30 – 10:00 Mandate commission

10:10 – 10:20 Opening ceremony;

10:30 Competition in disciplines No.1, No.2 and No.3.

03.03.2012.

09:00 Competition in all disciplines;

approx.15:00 Rewarding and closing ceremony.

Dress code.

Participants are requested to wear combat dress or service dress uniform during the competition and also to have military ID (soldier; home guard; reservist).

La Sezione U.N.U.C.I. di Parma, in collaborazione con la Sezione T.S.N. di Parma, indice la 15a gara di tiro a segno riservata agli Ufficiali in congedo iscritti all’ U.N.U.C.I. ed ai loro familiari, agli Amici dell’U.N.U.C.I., al personale in servizio delle FF.AA. e dei Corpi Armati dello Stato, agli iscritti alle Associazioni d’Arma, agli iscritti al Tiro a Segno di Parma. Per gli iscritti ad Associazioni d’Arma, gli Amici UNUCI ed i Familiari, se non iscritti ad una Sezione di Tiro a Segno, la partecipazione è ammessa solo per le discipline a 10m.

Saranno assegnati in base all’ ordine di arrivo delle do- mande di iscrizione. - Domenica 16 Ottobre:

- h. 09.00: C10, P10;

- h. 10.00: PGC, PSp, CLT;

- h. 10.30: C10, P10;

- h. 11.15: GARA CREST U.N.U.C.I.

I tiratori dovranno presentarsi sulla linea di tiro almeno 10 minuti prima dell’ inizio del turno assegnato.


CLASSIFICA

- Individuale: divisa per specialità.


PREMIAZIONE

Domenica 16 Ottobre 2011, al termine della gara, nei locali del Tiro a Segno di Parma ( h. 12.15 circa ). - Individuale: medaglie. - Gara


RECLAMI

Come da regolamento vigente. Tassa: 20,00.


GIURIA E ORGANI DI GARA

Gli organigrammi saranno esposti presso il Poligono. Giuria di gara potrà essere composta anche da Tiratori di pro- vata competenza partecipanti alla gara.


AVVERTENZE

Per quanto non contemplato dal presente Regolamento, vigono le norme del regolamento UITS. Ogni Tiratore è responsabile per eventuali danni causati a sé stesso a ad altri.


ALTRE INFORMAZIONI

E’ consentito l’uso di armi, attrezzi e munizioni di proprietà, ad esclusione della gara “Crest UNUCI”. Presso la Sezione del TSN Parma è possibile l’acquisto del necessario munizionamento. Sono inoltre disponibili armi ed attrezzi sportivi per eventuali esigenze.

Per la gara CREST UNUCI, la prova viene effettuata con carabina cal. 22 fornita dall’organizzazione sulla distanza di 25m su bersaglio da CL a 5 figure. La gara consiste di 13 colpi da effettuare nella posizione in piedi in 15 minuti. Vengo- no conteggiati i migliori 10 colpi.

Al vincitore verrà consegnato il Crest UNUCI.

Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di apportare al presente Regolamento tutte quelle modifiche che si rendessero necessarie per una migliore riuscita della gara.

Le domande di iscrizione dovranno pervenire alla Sezione UNUCI di Parma a mezzo fax 0521– 233842 o posta elettro- nica sez.parma@unuci.org , entro il 13 Ottobre 2011, ripor- tando un numero di telefono da contattare in caso di problemi.. Dopo tale data, le domande saranno accolte a discrezione del Comitato Organizzatore.

Il personale in congedo, gli Amici dell’ UNUCI e gli iscritti ad Associazione d’Arma dovranno essere in regola con il tes- seramento 2011.

3° Challenge de Tir Sportif - Muret (Francia) - 24/25 settembre 2011

On 24 and 25 September will take place at the shooting range of Muret, in the south of France an hour's drive from Marseille the third organized by the Sports Challenge Shooting AE - Association Européenne des Corps COPSDPublics et organismes de Sécurité et de Défense.

The purpose of the event is to enable participants to obtain medals, distinctions shooting associations or patentofficers.

invio le informazioni in inglese del Corso Di Paracadutismo di cui il Cap. Alberto SPINELLI sara' nuovamente Istruttore e Direttore di Lancio il prossimo 4 Ottobre 2011.

Come gia' avvenuto con successo lo scorso Febbraio Coranno, il corso prevede sia lanci di paracadutismo sia per allievi che per esperti anche con nuovissimi paracadute tondi direzionabili Usati dalle force speciali presso il NPTC .

All American Airborne Operation 2011:

This Operation will train novices in the US, in parachute basic training and interested fellows from all over the world who ever wanted to jump directly in the US, INTERNATIONAL AIRBORNE OPERATIONS® offers All American Airborne Operation 2011 as beginner course on Round Canopy parachutes.

Term: October, 4th until 9th 2011

Details about the jumps:

All American Airborne Operation 2011 is open to beginners, (Students) in parachuting and experienced military static-line jumpers and qualified and licensed freefall jumpers. In addition, if you are not on current Airborne status but meet the requirements, you may join us.

Drop-zone: Airfield Dunnellon/ Florida

Jump-ship: C-47 Dakota that actually flew on D-Day, in original WW2 colors and Cessna 180 for training our students

Training and briefing:
- In the English language, executed by US military instructors
- On round-canopy system (i.e. automatically deployed)

Parachute system:
Main: MC1-1D, MC1-1C or SF-10A as requested (All are steerable military-round-canopy system i.e. deployed by S/L)
Reserve: T-10R MIRPS or SLCP, as requested.
Freefall: Own freefall system

Number of jumps:
Students: 5:
- 2 jumps from a Cessna, (Single Tapout w/ Radio)
- 3 jumps from the C-47, last one with equipment bag

Experienced: 3 jumps from the C-47, last one with equipment bag

Freefall: 3 jumps from the C-47, low altitude

Altitude: In between 500m (1500ft) and 900m (3000ft)

Parachute Student training:

All American Airborne Operation 2011 is open to parachute beginners. The Student will be trained on round-canopy system. Besides instruction on the parachute systems, jump-ships and DZ given to all participants, Students in parachuting will receive intensive training in exit-position, behaviour below the parachute, malfunctions and parachute landing falls. All Students will also be trained in packing their Parachute.

Please take in consideration that 90% of all Airborne units around the world are still jumping rounds by i.e. automatically deploying. Our round-canopy course will open the door for you to join our world wide operations!

Jump wings: We will have an Cambodian Jump-master confirmed to award Royal Cambodian wings with official certificate. Jump-masters from 2 other nations will join as well. Details on request.
