In order to freshen up and deepen your military skills, the RK Hünsborn offers the opportunity to all members and friends to participate in our yearly training bivouac.

Participants :

Reservists of the RK Hünsborn e.V., other national and international reservist organizations, aid organizations such as the Red Cross, technical aid, fire-departments, etc

In the bivouac will be set up several stations that must be overcome

And a lot more (let you surprise……………)

These stations will be evaluated, the winners of the competition will be considered with certificates and medals.

It is important that each participant at least one set to change with it, even if he involuntarily from above or below should be wet.


The day will be sociable at the campfire, supported by intellectual drinks from a well-known nearby Hopfentee- manufacturing company.

There is a possibility, to overnight in two tents (60 m2), your own tents or to place your air mattresses, field-bed etc. at the clubhouse.

Purpose of the exercise
Following the article n. 2, from the rules of UNUCI (Union of the former officer of the Armed Forces) D.P.R. n° 735 del 1/07/81, "Update the professional preparation of the former officer caring the culture, the training and the physical activity and sport".

Partecipation

Patrol composed of three elements belonging to the following categories:
· former officers enlisted in UNUCI
· former soldier enlisted in military associations officially recognized by the MoD and part of a patrol leaded by an officer.
· Soldier in forces to the Italian Armed Forces;
· Personnel of the Armed Forces of Italy and auxiliar coprs of the Armed Forces;
· Soldier in forces or in reserve of the allied nations.
The number of the components of the patrol can be modified by the DE (headquarter of the exercise) for various reason.
In some cases also females can be inserted in a patrol.

Uniforms

Battle dress uniform without weapon as the rules indicates. The uniform have to belong to the corps from which the soldier come.
In case of not respondence with what written ealier, the person could not be allowed to join the exercise

Individual equipment:

· compass;
· light;
· small knife;
· emergency ration;
· sleeping bag, mattress and whatever will be used for sleeping outdoor.

Squad equipment:

· binocular;
· protractor;
The equipment will be part of the evaluation of the patrol.

Fees:
Euro 30,00 per person (for reserve soldier) that includes the lunch
Euro 10,00 per person (for soldier in service) that includes the lunch

INDICATIONS:
Theme: THE RECON PATROL IN MOUNTAIN
Type: Patrolling in mountain context. The exercise will last two half days. The overall lenght is estimates in about 10 km.
The maximum duration is about 8 hours.
Along the patrolling the patrols will encounter some trials: march; land navigation; recognition of weapons; various equipment; observation, target
recognition, first aid, International Law of the armed conflict, NBCR, explosives and other military skills.

friday 16/07 16:00=>19.30 - Arrival of the patrols in Pozzaglia Sabina (Rieti) in the main square. There will be the headquarter.

The night will stop the exercise and the patrols will sleep outodoor.
saturday 17/07 07.00=>15:00 -wake up and resume of the exercise. Trials until 12,30. The exercise will end and a lunch will be offered to the patrols
(13,00). 15.00 Prize giving, greeting and flag lowering.

Cet ex officier de la police américaine,après avoir été opérateur puis Team Leader a fini sa carrière comme Commandant du Swat team Capitol Region Emergency Services Team.

Il propose depuis plusieurs années aux Forces de l'ordres Américaines une technique de Combat appelée L.O.C.K.U.P POLICE COMBAT SYSTEM http://www.policecombat.com

Nous avons mis en place avec lui un partenariat sur l'Europe. Je vous propose l'encart sortie ce mois ci dans Commando en pièce jointe,qui devrait vous permettre de vous faire une idée sur le système.

1. Event
As part of the effort to develop military capabilities Land command Saxony together with Association of Reservists of German Bundeswehr – Saxony - will host the 16th Reservists Competition

“SACHSENKRONE 2010”

between 11. June and 13 .June with support of army officers school in Dresden.

Intention is to compete in military knowledge and proficiency as well as cultivate comradely relationships and encounters on national and international level between the teams.

The number of teams is restricted to 40. Acceptance of teams will be confirmed in row of arrival. Demand on every athlet is unrestricted physical performance and operational readiness. Every athlet must be able to swim.

2nd combat dress, rain protection dress
Host is not possible to support with missing equipment
For active service personnel/reservists sneakers and country sneakers are not allowed duriing the competition
Team leaders are responsible for correct dress code and discipline of his/her team!

Tournament rules

Teams will earn their start sequences during first tournaments on 11.06.2010 between 7.30 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.
for participating reservists from NATO-countries legal status of NATO – Status of Forces Agreement is applicable
breaches of discipline, savety regulations and tournament regulations as well as use of not permitted devices (i.e.mobile phone, route guidance systems (GPS) or usage of support of third party will result in disqualification by competition management
Consumption of alcohol before and during the competition is prohibited.
Competition management may alter course and organization at any time

3.1 Competition disciplines

Competition consists of a military march of approx. 20 km with performance tests on the stations.

Main focuses:
Dismantling and assembling of small arms
Rope footbridge
Roping
Rescue/self-protection, first aid
UXO awareness
Security policy task
Shooting with sporting arms
Swimming through a stretch of water
Obstacle track
Forced march and 1000 meter run

3.2 Evaluation

  • For the single performance tests maximum scores will be awarded.
  • Marching time as patrol will be evaluated.
  • Loss of time due to waiting time at overloaded stations will be eliminated
  • Deduction of points will be made, if the specified total marching time will be exeeded. (-5 points/Min.)
  • Team will be disqualified in case specified total marching time exceeds 30 Minutes.
  • The team with the highest number of scores is the winner.
  • In case of tie the team with the higher average age will be the winner.
3.3. Evaluation groups:

1. Reservists of German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) and teams of active sercive members of German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
2. Teams of other nations, federal police, police and customs.
3. Guests (sponsors of German Reservists Associations, civilian organisations and teams

3.4 Awards

Best ranking teams in every evaluation group will be given cups and certificates.
The total winner of all evaluation groups will be given the cup of SACHSENKRONE.
Best ranking reservist’s teams from Saxony will be given cups and certificates.

3.5 Reclamations and arbitration board

Reclamations have to be handed over to competition office at finish by team leader in written form latest 20 Min. after arrival of the team. Decisions will be made by arbitration board.

4. End of Sachsenkrone 2010 on Sunday, 13.06.2010, approx. 11:00 a.m.,
Exeptions to be granted only by commander Landeskommando Saxony.

5. Medical care and accomodation

Medical Care will be provided by Sanitätszentrum Dresden
Athlets will be accomodated in Offiziersschule Dresden
Reservists, draftees of German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), and service personnel of foreign forces will receive catering free of charge

Sponsors of German Reservists Association will have to pay at registration point.

18th Netherlands International Shooting Competition for Reserves - Infantry Shooting Camp (I.S.K.) at HARSKAMP - 15/16/17 october 2010

The " Netherlands International Shooting Competition for Reserves " will take place during the weekend of 15, 16 & 17 October 2010 and will be organized by the Reservists Shooting Commit­tee of the Netherlands Armed Forces Federation of Reservists (NRFK), which is a co-operation of the associations for reserves KVNRO and AVRM.

This competition has the official approval of the Commander-in-Chief of the Netherlands Army Forces.

NISC is the Dutch contribution to the International Military Shooting Competitions within NATO and partner-states.

1. Dates: Friday 15 & Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 of October 2010

2. Locations:

- Hotel & Mess: Army Camp "HARSKAMP"

- Shooting: Infantry Shooting Camp (I.S.K.) at HARSKAMP,

the Netherlands

3. Participation:

Participation in NISC 2010 is open to teams consisting of 3 marksmen.

A maximum of 45 teams can be enrolled !

NOTE: Civilians cannot have access to any military facility nor NISC

activity.

Registration and enrolment will be on a "first come, first served" basis.

A maximum of 3 teams per participating organisation is appli­cable.

Additional places can be offered if the maximum of 45 teams has not

been reached.

4. Programme outline

Friday 15th of October 2010

Arrival starting from 16.00 hrs. Diner, Briefing and weapon instructions and social evening.

Saturday 16th of October 2010

Opening ceremony, followed by the shooting competition.

In the evening gala-diner with prizes awarding ceremony and social.

Sunday 17th of October 2010

Vacate the barrack rooms no later than 10.00


5. The Shooting Competition

The NISC 2010 competition will comprise three shooting exercises: the Glock 17 pistol, the rifle Fal 7,62 mm and the rifle Diemaco C7 5,56 mm.

Briefings & Weapon Instructions will take place on Friday 19.30 hrs.

A. Pistol Glock 17

The Glock exercise starts with a sighting practice of 5 rounds standing in 30 seconds. Practices 1 to 3 are counting practices. Practice 1 is 10 rounds in the prone position in 30 secs on 1 target. Practice 2 is 10 rounds kneeling in 30 seconds on 1 target. Practice 3 is standing 10 rounds in 30 seconds on 1 target, consisting of centric circles with points. All these practices are at a distance of 30 meters.

B. Rifle Diemaco C7

The Diemaco C7 exercise starts with a sighting practice of 6 rounds in 30 seconds at distances of consequently 100 meter, 200 meter and 300 meter.

The counting exercise starts with practice 1: standing 10 rounds in 35 seconds at 1 target at 100 meter. Practice 2 is sitting 2 x 4 rounds in 35 seconds at 1 target at 100 meter. Practice 3 is kneeling 2 x 4 rounds in 8 times 3 seconds at 1 target at 200 meter. Practice 4 is in prone position 2 x 4 rounds in 8 times 3 seconds at 1 target at 300 meter.

C. Rifle FAL

The Fal exercise is the same as the Diemaco C7 exercise.

During the day you have the possibility to shoot in a virtual combat at the small arms trainer, which is located in the army camp. This experience is not a part of the competition.

6. Costs of participation and payment options


Ask to the NISC organisation. In 2009 edition was 65,00 euros for person.


7. Application of participation

You are asked to inform the NISC-organisation by E-mail or by Fax about your decision to participate in NISC by using the application-form enclosed.

The application form should be received by the NISC-organisation not later then the 30st of September 2010 (30-09-2010).
