Netherlands International Shooting Competition for Reserves 15, 16 & 17 October 2010 - Army Camp "HARSKAMP"
The "Netherlands International Shooting Competition for Reserves" will take place during the weekend of 15, 16 & 17 October 2010 and will be organized by the Reservists Shooting Committee of the Netherlands Armed Forces Federation of Reservists (NRFK), which is a co-operation of the associations for reserves KVNRO and AVRM.
This competition has the official approval of the Commander-in-Chief of the Netherlands Army Forces.

3. Participation:
Participation in NISC 2010 is open to teams consisting of 3 marksmen.
A maximum of 45 teams can be enrolled !
NOTE: Civilians cannot have access to any military facility nor NISC
activity.
Registration and enrolment will be on a "first come, first served" basis.
A maximum of 3 teams per participating organisation is applicable.
Additional places can be offered if the maximum of 45 teams has not
been reached.

5. The Shooting Competition
The NISC 2010 competition will comprise three shooting exercises: the Glock 17 pistol, the rifle Fal 7,62 mm and the rifle Diemaco C7 5,56 mm.
Briefings & Weapon Instructions will take place on Friday 19.30 hrs.
A. Pistol Glock 17
The Glock exercise starts with a sighting practice of 5 rounds standing in 30 seconds. Practices 1 to 3 are counting practices. Practice 1 is 10 rounds in the prone position in 20 seconds on 1 target. Practice 2 is 10 rounds kneeling in 20 seconds on 1 target. Practice 3 is standing 2x5 rounds in 30 seconds on 1 target, consisting of centric circles with points. All these practices are at a distance of 25 meters.
B. Rifle Diemaco C7
The Diemaco C7 exercise starts with a sighting practice of 6 rounds in 3 x 30 seconds at distances of consequently 100 meter, 200 meter and 300 meter.
C. Rifle FAL
The Fal exercise is the same as the Diemaco C7 exercise.
During the day you have the possibility to shoot in a virtual combat at the small arms trainer, which is located in the army camp. This experience is not a part of the competition.
6. Costs of participation
The registration fee is € 195 per team, which has to be paid upon arrival at the registration-desk.
This amount includes the Gala Diner, awards, transportation and sleeping accommodation on an 6 persons team-bedroom for each participant.
On receipt of your application form(s) we will confirm your participation and sent you further details on the shooting competition and travel information.
7. Application of participation
You are asked to inform the NISC-organisation by E-mail about your decision to participate in NISC by using the application-form enclosed. The application form should be received by the NISC-organisation not later then the 30st of September 2010 (30-09-2010). You can send it to our E-mail address: rsc@vitualvision.nl
In case you want to send more teams: use a separate application form for each team !
Application forms are taken in and teams are enrolled in order of receipt. It is only possible to participate and register as a team.
Enrolment of teams cannot be guaranteed in case of receiving the application forms after September the 30st 2010. If any member of your team(s) is not able to come, a substitute from your organisation may take the vacancy instead. Please communicate any changes by e-mail before arrival as much as possible.

9. COMPETITION
Language during the competition will be English/Latvian.
Type of the competition

1. Teams from the Latvian National Guard battalions and National Armed Forces units (MP, Special Forces, Defense Academy, military schools and Land Force units) of the Republic of Latvia as well as teams from foreign countries (number of teams are not set) are welcome to this competition.
2. There are four participants in the team.

Necessary equipment during the distance for each soldier: 2 pairs of
BDU, 2 pairs of boots, backpack, poncho, belt, tactical vest, first aid
packet, flask, 2 liters of water, torch, rope (at least 9 mm thick and
4 mlong), sleeping bag, sleeping pad, food ration for 24 hours, pen and
notebook, binocular (one per team) compass (for each participant), gas
mask, pocket knife. One mobile phone and binoculars requested for one
team.

10. BASIC RULES FOR THE COMPETITION
1. It is forbidden to use any adjuvant or manuals during the competition.

4. It is team leader responsibility to check the correct written timings in the team task list in each control point.
5. All soldiers have to wear uniform during the competition days.
6. All the competitors must follow the safety rules (instruction before competition) to avoid accidents during the patrol.
7. All participants have to follow the orders given by the team leader.
8. All participants must be insured and insurance policy must be presented to organizers.
9. Each competitor must be aware about his own training level and physical, health condition.
10. Each competitor is responsible for his damaged or lost equipment.
11. Team leader is responsible in case if someone of the team gets wounded.
12. Team leader is responsible for material damages given to civilian properties.
13. The medical assistance will be available during the competition. There will not be any medical exams before the competition.

k.u.k. Platzkonzert mit österreichischen und deutschen Militärmärschen ein.

Eingeschossene Waffen liegen am Stand auf, eigene Waffen und Munition
dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

Entfernung: 200 Schritt (150 Meter)
Ziel: 10er-Ringscheibe, Trefferanzeige elektronisch
Disziplin: 1 Schuß stehend frei
1 Stunde vor Schießende möglich. Gewertet wird nur der jeweils beste
Schuß eines Schützen. Jede Mannschaft hat einen Freischuß auf die
Ehrenscheibe.

Ehren-oder Sachpreise. Sonderpreis für den Tagesbesten. Für die 20
besten Schützen auf der Ehrenscheibe stehen Ehren-und Sachpreise zur

gelangen nur bei der Siegerehrung zur Ausgabe. Nichtanwesende
Mannschaften oder Schützen werden übersprungen, die Preise gehen dann
an die nächstgereihten anwesenden Mannschaften bzw.

2011 (Zeitpunkt des Einlangens)
Die Anmeldungen werden in der Reihenfolge des Einlangens bis zur
vollständigen Belegung der Schießstände berücksichtigt. Eine
Anmeldebestätigung wird nicht versandt. Bei großem Andrang ist
vorbehalten, die Anzahl der Mannschaften pro teilnehmender Einheit zu
beschränken (u. U. bis auf eine Mannschaft) bzw. die Auswahl
vorzunehmen. In diesem Fall erfolgt die rechtzeitige Verständigung der
betroffenen Mannschaften. Im Anmeldeformular daher bitte die

Streitkräfte wurde vom Bundesministerium für Landesverteidigung die
Uniformtrageerlaubnis nach dem Truppenaufenthalsgesetz 2011, GZ
S92085/368-Att/2011, erteilt. Reservisten aus dem Ausland benötigen für
die Teilnahme am Kaiserjägerschießen keine Uniformtrageerlaubnis der
Republik Österreich mehr. Hier sind lediglich die jeweiligen nationalen
Bestimmungen zu beachten.
11. Allgemeines:
mindestens 30 Minuten vor der jeweiligen Startzeit am Schießstand
einzufinden, später eintreffende Mannschaften müssen mit Rückreihung an
das Ende der Startreihenfolge rechnen.
Startliste angegeben Startzeiten sind lediglich Richtzeiten,
erfahrungsgemäß erfolgt ein schnellerer Ablauf. Daher werden
Mannschaften, die nach 1600 Uhr zum Schießen eingeteilt sind gebeten,
sich spätestens zu diesem Zeitpunkt am Schießstand einzufinden. Das
voraussichtliche Schießende ist ca. 1800 Uhr, daher kann Mannschaften,
die
nach 1600 Uhr eintreffen, keine Startgarantie gegeben werden.
Aufsichtspersonals ist unbedingt Folge zu leisten. Bei
Zuwiderhandlungen wird die betroffene Mannschaft vom Wettkampf
ausgeschlossen. Jeder Schütze nimmt auf eigene Gefahr am Wettkampf
teil.

Les 16,17 et 18 Juin 2011
Le Centre de Formation Professionnelle de Mise en Situation de Tir Police a le plaisir de vous inviter à son quinzième challenge
international de tir en situation. Cette épreuve est réservée au
personnel des forces de l’ordre, (Police, Gendarmerie, Douane, Armée)
et toute personne étant susceptible de porter officiellement une arme
de poing en service. Présentation d’une carte de service ou d’un ordre
de mission.
LIEU : Stand de tir C.RE.T.E.S.Quartier Les Florides, rue Jean Monnet13700 MARIGNANE
(Suivre le fléchage mis en place)
INSCRIPTIONS : Formulaire
ci-contre ou sa photocopie, 35€ par tireur, payable par chèque (à
l’ordre du C.F.P.M.S.T.P.), joint à la demande d’inscription
Le nombre de tireurs sera limité aux 250 premiers inscrits
ARMEMENT : Arme de poing, de service ou personnelle susceptible d’être
portée en service, (plus 2 chargeurs ou speed loader). Systèmes de
visée laser ou optique ainsi que compensateur additionnel ou chargeur
dépassant de la crosse sont interdits. Des armes seront disponibles sur
place, Pensez à réserver celle-ci lors de votre inscription.
5€00 la location : Uniquement si Achat de munition sur place, pensez à les réserver.
MUNITIONS :
Autorisées : 9 Parabellum ; 38 Sp ; 357 Mag ; 40 S&W ; 10Auto ; 45 ACP ; 44 Sp ; etc.
Interdites : Projectiles Wadcutter, semi-Wadcutter, traçants, perforants et tous autres à effets spéciaux ; ainsi que tout chargement inférieur à 280 ou supérieur à 850 joules. Pour certaines situations, d’autres armes et les munitions adéquates seront fournies.
CLASSEMENTS : Individuel, Equipe, Féminin, Etranger, Invité.
LES PROTECTIONS AUDITIVES & VISUELLES (LUNETTES) OBLIGATOIRES
Une
attention toute particulière sera apportée au respect et à la rigueur
de l’application de toutes les règles de sécurité qui incombent à
l’usage et au maniement des armes à feux, néanmoins le C.F.P.M.S.T.P. a contracté une assurance auprès de la société AXA France.
RESULTATS : Proclamation et remise des récompenses le samedi 18 juin 2011 à 19H00 sur le Stand, suivi du verre de l’amitié.
RESTAURATION : Le midi : Repas chaud sur place (entrée, viande, légumes, fromage, dessert, 1 boisson.) 12€00
Vin (25 cl) : 2€00.
Toute la journée : Sandwichs: 4€00 ; Boisson : 1€50 ; Café : 0€50.
Repas de clôture : organisé sur le stand le samedi 18 juin 2011 au soir à partir de 21H00, pour la somme de 17€00 par personne, boisson & café compris
